Travel the whole world — and come home to El Born.

The new carta starts where the neighbourhood starts — sixteen neighbours, sixteen cocktails. The pâtisserie from 1852, the Galician pulpería, the tattoo studio. Each glass is a tribute to the people around us, made with spices from across the world.

The team

Behind
every glass.

Mixologists, bartenders and a chef who share more than a bar — the obsession with making every visit unrepeatable. We blend author techniques with spices from around the world and the soul of Born to craft cocktails that tell stories.

From Antonio Naranjo to Chef Diego Baltra, every member brings their own vision. We don't follow recipes here — we invent them.

"Five aprons, one shared obsession."

The best cocktail experience in Barcelona. Every drink tells a story — we did the whole barri carta and the bartenders explained each neighbour it was inspired by. Magic.

Tiny place on Carrer de la Princesa with enormous creativity. The Curryquiri is unreal and the Bar Celta cocktail comes with an octopus skewer. Book ahead, it fills up fast.

Honestly the most original cocktails I've ever had. Spices from everywhere, but it all feels rooted in the neighbourhood. Staff are warm and know their craft.

Coctelería d'autor de veritat. Demanes un còctel inspirat en la pastisseria del costat i flipes. Un imprescindible del Born.

Beautifully made drinks and a lovely concept. Small and intimate so it can get busy — worth the wait for that Demasie cinnamon-roll cocktail.

A journey in every glass. We let them surprise us and each cocktail was better than the last. The spice route idea is brilliant and delicious.
